So following on from last weeks newsletter, I wanted to have a look at the importance of first impressions… When considering an office space, it is very important to get the overall flow and aesthetics right for the space, but more often than not the entrance or reception area can be overlooked.
This is the first thing that any potential client, investor, employee, etc will see and it is very important to get this right. It is exactly the same as if you were meeting someone for the first time, you make an effort, right? Well you also need to make an effort with your office reception.
Here are some interesting offices that we think have made quite a good first impression…
Neutral can be Bold!
There are numerous different ways to go about this but we just love these neutral statements, particularly the hexagon tiles.
Let Colour do its Thing!
How cool are these AOL offices? They have kept it very simple but just added enough colour and pattern to make a real statement.
This office has used a great mix of new and old to create a really interesting space.
If you have the space, then why not really go for it…. Whether that’s an oversized backdrop or a feature reception desk.
So if you’re reception is in need of some love, we hope that you will become inspired by this weeks newsletter.
Or if you need some advice or guidance, we would be delighted to have a chat with you. All you need to do is call the studio on 01 5550398.
